The starting point is always the process, not the model. We look at how work moves today, where it waits, and which decisions need judgement. Automation follows from that picture, so the first version targets the step with the clearest return.
Each build favours narrow scope and visible review. Data permissions follow the source systems, human approval stays wherever accountability matters, and the automation is evaluated on real cases before it widens. Clarity and control matter more than deployment speed.
